Using your responses, we'll make a custom proposal, just for you. Expect it within a week.

That way, we can get all the details sorted in a personal way. We'll make a Retreat that fits your needs, and turn it into a custom contract.

3. Sign your retreat contract

Once our conversations are finished and you have a contract that makes you happy, you're all set. Lean back and expect an incredible event. It's as easy as that.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a retreat cost? 

Wheatstone Retreats begin at $3,850. For more information on our pricing structure and what the cost includes, download our pricing sheet. 

How many people can come? 

The minimum cost of a Wheatstone Retreat serves up to 30 people. However, if you'd like a retreat for a larger group, just ask! We run retreats for large groups all the time without sacrificing any of the quality. 

What am I responsible for? 

Just two things! Organizations are responsible for providing facilities and meals for all retreat participants. Wheatstone takes care of the rest. 
 

What is Wheatstone responsible for? 

We make it easy for you. Wheatstone is responsible for all event staff, including your speaker(s), mentors, and event managers. We'll also take care of all communication with your group both before and after the retreat, all retreat materials, and coordinating with your favorite retreat venue. From start to finish, we make sure you have every opportunity to rest and be refreshed. 

What happens on a Wheatstone retreat? 

We fill our retreats with beautiful, deep, and rich content. We think carefully about each moment in your retreat schedule, creating an event that will leave your group refreshed and transformed. For a sample schedule, see above. 
 

Who will the staff be?

Your Retreat will feature Wheatstone's Executive Director, Peter David Gross as keynote speaker, a skilled event Manager or two, and a team of Wheatstone's incredible Mentors to lead your small groups. Wheatstone Mentors are exceptional young leaders, often hailing from prestigious graduate programs or careers across the country.
